FEATURES

Self-lubricating dry conditions bushes type CPF, consisting of steel reinforcement with a tin / sintered bronze coating layer, pores filled and covered with a PTFE sliding layer with molybdenum disulfide based additives. 

High mechanical strength. Good thermal and electrical conductivity. Chemical inertia with industrial solvents. Increased max speed and PV values in the presence of fluids. Friction of first detachment almost zero. 

Recommended pins: in ferrous alloys, chrome-plated stainless steel or anodized aluminum 

Not recommended: bronze, aluminum and phosphated and nickel-plated materials (maximum roughness 0.24 µ CLS). 

  • Recommended shaft tolerances: 3 ~ 4 = h6 / 5 ~ 75 = f7 / 80 ~ 300 = h8
  • Recommended tolerances for the seats: 4.5 = H6 / 5.5 ~ 305 = H7
