Dry self-lubricating bushings type CPF
They consist of steel reinforcement with tin/sintered bronze coating layer, pores filled and covered by a PTFE creep layer with molybdenum disulfide additives.Available on request with AISI 316 L steel reinforcement
Features
High mechanical strength.
Good thermal and electrical conductivity. Chemical inertia to industrial solvents.
Increase the max speed and PV values in the presence of fluids.
Friction of first detachment almost zero.
Recommended pins: in ferrous alloys, chromed stainless steel or anodized aluminium
Not recommended: bronze, aluminium and phosphated and nickel-plated materials (max roughness 0.24 µ CLS).
- Recommended shaft tolerances: 3 ~ 4 = H6 / 5 ~ 75 = f7 / 80 ~ 300 = H8
- Recommended tolerances for seats: 4.5 = H6 / 5.5 ~ 305 = H7
