Self-lubricating sintered bronze bushings type C
Self-lubricating sintered bearings
Bearings are porous metallic components made of bronze or iron impregnated with lubricating oil. The oil contained in the porosity provides constant lubrication between bearing and shaft, so the system requires no external lubricant.
Sintered bearings Type C
Bronze: SINT A50 (DIN 30910-3:2004-11)
SELFOIL (UNE 96002:2023)
Suitable for high speed and low load.
Possibility of solid lubricant (graphite or MoS2).
Good friction factor.
Silent working.
Reduced tolerances.
Recommended Housing tolerances: H7
• Shaft tolerances: on request
• Shaft Hardness > 20 HRC
• Shaft Roughness < 0,3 Ra
