Self-lubricating sintered iron bushings type F
Flanged iron bearing
Bearings are porous metallic components made of iron impregnated with lubricating oil. The oil contained in the porosity provides constant lubrication between bearing and shaft, so the system requires no external lubricant.
Material standard iron: SINT A00
Suitable for high load.
Good friction factor.
Silent working.
Reduced tolerances.
Recommended Housing tolerances: H7
- Shaft tolerances: on request
- Shaft Hardness > 50 HRC
- Shaft Roughness < 0,3 Ra
